  22057936 7 F Stress tolerance assay To quantitate responses to ultraviolet radiation stress, 100-μl diluted 10-fold samples were plated on IPTG LB and directly exposed to ultraviolet radiation at a wave length of 254 nm (80 μW/cm2) for 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, and 20 min of time gradient, respectively. the results suggested that the OsLEA4 gene also stimulate the resistance to ultraviolet radiation stress
