TF yeast cells constitutively expressed the ASR1 protein under regulation of the ADH promoter, which was observed by serial dilutions of yeast cells exposed to different kind of stress as mentioned in EO.The recovery ability of TF yeast cells was more rapid than that of WT yeast cells in the presence of heat shock, MD, ethanol, copper, sulfuric acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acid.
