The rice seedlings were pretreated with 5 mM DMTU and 100 μM DPI for 4 h, and then exposed to 100 μM ABA for 60 min.OsDMI3 was immunoprecipitated from leaves after treatments and the activity of OsDMI3 was measured by immunoprecipitation kinase assay using histone S-III as a substrate. Statistically significant difference was calculated at P<0.05.
