  23777258 7.B.ii F Enzyme assay : Catalase activity assay OsIPD3-LOC_Os06g02520. Rice protoplasts were transfected with dsRNA against OsIPD3 (RNAi) or with water (control) and incubated for 24 h. The protoplasts were treated with ABA for 5 min.Statistically significant difference was calculated at P<0.05. When plants were ~48 inches tall, the protoplasts from the leaf and stem tissue were isolated.
