Fully expanded leaves plants (68 weeks old) were floated in sterile water (experimental control) or different concentrations of NaCl for salinity stress. The chlorophyll levels in wild-type and transgenic lines under stress condition are shown relative to the chlorophyll content in wild-type under control condition.
