Recombinant OsPAO1 protein(total RNA was extracted from roots of 2-week-old O. sativa japonica nipponbare seedlings treated with T-Spm was used) was expressed in Escherichia coli, purified and then used for analysis. Optimum temperature for OsPAO1 activity was calculated using Thermospermine as substrate.
